Support Forms and Information
Note: Mozilla Firefox (versions 1.5/2.0) and Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6.0) are the only browsers supported currently by the request forms.
If you are using any other browser (e.g. Apple's Safari, Internet Explorer 7, or Opera), you will experience problems using this system.
Contact the IT Helpdesk via phone at (901) 678-8888 if you cannot use either Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Course Request Form: (Use this form for)

  • Requesting the creation of a development course shell. Not for requesting live semester courses which are auto-created by Banner.
  • Requesting course titles be updated (re-titled). This is to distinguish multiple sections being taught by the same faculty member and will only be performed for such faculty and not for those wishing to simply have a different course title.
  • Reporting major content duplication issues with your WebCT migrated content. While duplication of quizzes, questions, and content listings may be visible, most of this can be handled without a support request by the faculty member by simply deleting the duplicates. Please use this form only in cases where duplication exists in the quizzes and/or question library areas and exceeds 15 duplicates and necessitates an attempt at re-migrating selectively the course contentFac.

Help Request Form: for requesting assistance with login, course tools, errors, etc.

Combine Courses Request Form: for requesting that courses and/or course sections be combined by having all students enrolled/populated into one live course instance.

Wimba/Respondus/StudyMate Assistance: While there is currently no direct integration with any of these software applications/services, there are ways that they can continue to be used with eCourseware. Some information on using these is available at on the About WebCT Migrated Courses page. To learn more about how to do this, we recommend attending one of the scheduled Open Forums.

WebCT Migrated Courses: What you should know about your migrated course(s).

boxSpecial course access requests (adding users):

  • For technical reasons, the ability for faculty to manually add users or participants such as Faculty, Students, or TA's to eCourseware courses has been suspended. While the issues behind this change are being addressed you may request additional access for users/participants by submitting a a Help Request Form.
